Terms and Conditions

• My11Circle is an online fantasy cash game legally owned by Play Games24x7 Private Limited (“Company”)
• Company is hosting a prize pool contest which includes 01st prize guaranteed contest and a prize pool plus contest (“Contest”).
• The terms and conditions as stipulated herein shall govern this Contest (“Contest Terms”).
• The My11Circle as specified on the My11Circle website/App, as amended (“Terms”) shall also be read and complied with along with these Offer Terms.
• The most recently amended Contest Terms in relation to this offer shall be applicable to this offer on the current date, regardless of the fact that the user was projected different Contest Terms in the past while availing this offer, unless otherwise determined by Company.
• For the 01st Prize guaranteed contest, the Company shall increase the number of spots once the base spots are filled up to a certain limit as determined by the Company. However, it is clarified that if Company increases a particular contest size from 5 lakhs base spots to 7 lakhs and the final fills are only 6 lakhs then in this scenario the 1st guaranteed prize will correspond to the 6 lakhs fills and not 7 lakhs.
• For the prize pool plus contest, there shall be no guaranteed prizes. The prizes shall solely depend on the number of spots filled and the prize pool
• However, regardless of anything mentioned herein, the management of prize pools shall be solely determined by the Company.
• All prizes shall be decided and awarded as per the sole discretion of the company.
• Company offers no specific warranties/guarantees with respect to the Contest.
• The players shall in no way misuse this Contest in any way for any inappropriate or wrongful gain and Company shall in no way be liable to the players for the same.
• Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect and consequential damages relating to this Contest.
• If players are involved in any kind of fraudulent activity on My11Circle or this Contest (as solely determined by Company), breach of applicable laws or breach of these Contest Terms and/or Terms then the players will be disqualified and will not be eligible to receive any prizes. The decision of Company in this regard shall be final.
• Company reserves the right to cancel/terminate/withdraw/extend this Contest at its sole discretion, at any time and without citing any reasons
• Company reserves the right to amend these Contest Terms/Terms at any time without citing any reasons, without notification to the players and without incurring any liabilities.
• Players shall indemnify and hold harmless Company its affiliates, directors, partners and employees from any claims, losses or damages suffered by Company in relation to any fraudulent acts, breach of applicable laws, misuse of this offer and breach of these Contest Terms and/or Terms by the players.
• In cases of any disputes regarding this Contest, the decision of Company shall be final and binding.
